the host provided tea and biscuits upon my arrival. breakfast was very delicious, and there were plenty of towels in the room. the hotel is a short walk to the promenade and tram stops, a convenient location. the room was clean.
the decor seemed a bit worn and old-fashioned.

The breakfast had many choices without a menu. The host and her family were very cute making me feel at home and they prepared delicious food I slept in an very nice bed so i definitely plan to book a room again soon. there were plenty of clean towels and toiletries available for me. the room was super clean and cool and the street was quiet and close to many activities.
i noticed the decor looked a bit worn and sometimes smelled of smoke that would be a bit better if it were fixed in the future

The breakfast was very good. there was lots of choice, though a menu would be useful. the food was well prepared. The host and her family were cute. and our bed was very nice.
The room was small. the light in the ceiling was dodgy. It was like an old-fashioned office ceiling with fluorescent lights that didn't work, even on the pull cord. the carpet was worn.

the breakfast was lovely and fresh. i was able to catch the tram at the end of the street. it was amazingly convenient, only £10 a day to hop on and off. we will definitely stay again.
as i walked into the hotel, there was a really strong stale cigarette smoke smell. i am happy it wasn't as noticeable in the actual room. the bunk beds creaked so badly any movement from the kids on the top bunk was really noisy. fluffy cover on the toilet seat i personally find unhygienic.

The room was quite small. i found the decor a bit dated, and there was a noticeable smell, a mix of smoke and air freshener. It was quite unpleasant. the mattresses were not comfortable either, and i felt they were too hard. the lack of a proper clock in the room was also inconvenient, as the clock didn't allow us to see the time easily.

Tom, the owner, provided extra keys. This was helpfull for our group. Breakfast included great options. The host and her family welcomed us warmly and the bed was very comfortable.
The hotel has plastic chairs and a full ashtray near the entry.
